A Home Expert will call you to schedule an inspection of your home within 48 hours. Using our proprietary market models and a detailed assessment by our real estate specialists, we will give you an Offer within 5 days of the inspection.
Step 4
Sell the home to us and book your NEW home
We will buy your old home and you can use the proceeds to buy your new home from the Builder Partner you chose.
