We do so by making an offer to buy your existing home at a competitive price and giving you proceeds to buy your upgrade-home from one of our marquee Builder Partner offerings.

How does this work ?
Once you have submitted details of your home which will be followed by a home inspection by our Home Experts, RealXChange will make a competitive offer within 5 days. If you like our offer, RealXChange will purchase your flat from you and you can apply its proceeds towards your new home. If you do not like our offer, RealXChange will suggest other options structured to your needs. Speak to our Home Experts for more.

How competitive is RealXChange's offer price ?
RealXChange real estate experts assess all aspects of your home including condition, age, demand and supply, and other market factors to make a competitive offer that is very close to the fair market price, which can be achieved in a reasonable time frame.

Can I only upgrade to an RealXChange Builder Partner home ?
Yes. Our service to provide you a competitive price for your existing home is subject to your purchase at one of our marquee and leading Builder Partner offerings.

Which cities does RealXChange have its offerings in ?
Currently, RealXChange offers its services only in the cities of Mumbai and Thane (with the exception of Kalyan, Dombivali, and Navi Mumbai) We will expand to other cities shortly.

How soon do you give offer ?
Once our team member has visited your home and obtained all necessary details, we will give you a competitive offer within 5 days.

Is a home inspect necessary ?
Yes. We would like to visit your home, inspect it's condition, fitouts, building quality etc. to arrive at an accurate estimation of it's fair value.

What type of home does RealXChange purchase ?
We purchase home as per below -
● Flats in buildings that are less than 40 years old (with exceptions in certain neighborhoods)
● Flat values ranging from Rs. 1,00,00,000 to Rs. 6,00,00,000
● Buildings to be structurally sound and Occupancy Certificate (OC) or equivalent approvals in place
● We won't buy agency delivered flats (MHADA, MMRDA, Government allotted)
● Cities of Mumbai and Thane (with the exception of Kalyan, Dombivali, and Navi Mumbai). -
How will RealXChange price my existing home ?
RealXChange arrives at a price for your home using its proprietary due diligence taking into account the condition of your flat and building, detailed market research, recent transaction history and using pricing algorithms and data.

Will RealXChange work with my existing broker ?
RealXChange can work with you directly. However, we understand your need for support from your trusted advisor/agent. We welcome the opportunity to work and partner with your existing agent to get the best options for you.
